Most of what we do is delivered remotely, so distance rarely decides whether we can help. The radius describes how quickly an engineer can be standing in your server room.
Where we work
We're based at 6243 IH-10 West in San Antonio, and we work across the metro and north along the I-35 corridor. Roughly a 50-mile radius of our San Antonio office — a guideline, not a fence.
That number describes drive time, not capability. Monitoring, patching, security response, cloud and helpdesk all happen remotely — which is how a 15-minute initial response target is possible in the first place. The radius matters on the days someone needs to be standing next to the hardware.
